Actuarial Analyst (12 months Contract)

Core Responsibility:
  • Provide support in delivering the financial and business analysis for managing the product portfolio of the company, which involves all line of life products including universal life, participating products, non-participating products and ILAS products. 
  • Track and monitor the products’ performance indicators and provide recommendations on any management actions to enhance the company performance and financial healthiness 
  • Prepare regular product management reports and communicate with key stakeholders to steer any product management actions 
  • Work with business units to implement any product management actions
  • Report any potential product issues that may impact the company, distributions and customers and provide recommendation on resolutions 
  • Develop and maintain sound and effective communication and relationships with internal and external customers 
  • Support special quotation and illustration tool development and management 
  • Life support (e.g. special quotation, product value verification, facilitate operation team to support the business due to system error/ defect/ lack to system functionality) 

Requirement:
  • Fresh graduate from Actuarial study will also be considered
  • 1 to 2 years working experience in insurance/financial sector
  • Proficient with Excel, Word • Fluent in English/Cantonese
  • Responsible, can work under pressure and with good communication skill
  • Major in actuarial/statistics/mathematics is a plus
