Core Responsibility:
  • Provide cost effective solutions to fraud risks by keeping abreast of trend fraud market
  • Maintain a high level of awareness of fraud problems, including across the board preventative measures to be introduced when appropriate while balancing fraud controls
  • Procedures to facilitate businesses and customer services, especially in card business.
  • Build up the investigation team within FCTM, which has an appreciation of sound legal / litigation knowledge, bank products / process and a professional investigation tactics in order to deliver investigation result, loss recoveries while minimizing the bank’s litigation risk.

Requirement:
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, related field or equivalent experience. 1-2 years of experience in banking industry.
  • Strong knowledge in investigative and intelligent analytics.
  • Credit risk and fraud risk experience, and understanding of lending regulations is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, with experience of dealing with executives at high levels.
  • Strong managerial, analytical, communications, decision-making, critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and effectively influence and communicate across various business lines at different levels within the organization.
  • Strong knowledge of banking operation and credit underwriting is preferable.
  • Fluency in English along with reporting skill are required.
